Our already made jewerly is ready for purchase. Jewelry we make especially for you can take up to two weeks (14 days) for completion before shipping.
We are also proud to present photography by Van Turner, one of the two owners of Truraven Designs. Available in 5 sizes each, except where noted. Sizes are matted sizes and actual photo size is listed.
In the future, we will have custom-made canvas, velvet and leather pouches in a variety of colors and designs.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is via UPS by default, unless shipping to a Post Office box. In that event, shipping is via United States Postal Service. All items are packaged to the best standards to protect your purchase from damage. We are not responsible for damage done by package carrier in transit.
RETURNS POLICY
Our jewelry is hand-made by us and we stand by our work. If you have a problem with your purchase resulting from a defect in workmanship, let us know and we will repair it if we can, free of charge for as long as you own it. You only pay for shipping to us. We reserve the right to refuse any repair that results from obvious abuse. Keep in mind that materials available now may not be available in the future and we reserve the right to substitute materials no longer available with materials that are as close as possible to the original. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply let us know and we can offer a refund, minus a ten percent (10%) restocking fee. Jewelry we make especially for you cannot be returned but carries the same life time repair guarantee.
